The ex-wife of Dean Mc Dermott has broken her silence after being forced to take him to court again over  in unpaid financial support – a move which may land him in jail.

Mary Jo Eustachian revealed in an exclusive interview with Daily Mail TV that 11 years after their divorce was finalized, the 50-year-old Canadian actor continues to shirk his responsibilities to her and their teenage son, Jack - all the while flaunting his lavish lifestyle with his wife, Tori Spelling, and their five children.

Canadian TV star Mary Jo says the most painful part of the ordeal has been watching her their 19-year-old son, Jack suffer.

'When my son went to university, he didn't get any financial support from his father. The one thing that his dad was going to do for him was pay his rent and he bounced his rent.

'It jeopardized his roommates and the apartment. One of the other dads had to cover the rent, so that really humiliated my son. I don't even know if it's paid back yet.
